NCSR “Demokritos” had the great pleasure of hosting the newly appointed President of Council of CERN, Ursula Bassler. Dr.Bassler participated in an event held by the GSRT in “Demokritos” where along with the Alternate Minister for Research and Innovation, C. Fotakis GSRT Secretary, M. Kyprianidou and the National Representative of Greece to CERN, C. Fountas they discussed the reinforcement of the relationship between the Scientific community in Greece and CERN as well as the ongoing educational collaborations and advancements in innovation and technology transfer.
