Stella Oikouta graduated from the School of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an LL.M. in Civil Procedure Law from the same University. She has been a lawyer and member of the Athens Bar Association since 2013 and has worked in the field of civil and criminal affairs. Since 2016 she has also been working as an external administrative/legal assistant in the context of research projects implemented by the National Centre for Scientific Research “Demokritos” (NCSRD) – Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications (IIT). She has participated in initiatives such as the drafting of Greece’s National Plan for Open Science etc.
