NCSR “Demokritos”, the largest multidisciplinary Research Center of Greece announces the third round of its major Industrial Fellowship Program. The last three individual Fellowships will be offered. The Program, made possible by a generous Grant from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, will establish strong links between the Research Center and Enterprises with operations in Greece, ready to invest in innovative R&D projects.
Proposals must be submitted by email at dd.protokol@admin.demokritos.gr. Deadline is 30th June 2019.
Successful applicants will conduct cutting edge, applied research in fields that are of interest to Enterprises and NCSR “Demokritos” Research Laboratories. The selected companies will have the obligation to fund one semester of each of the two final years (total of two semesters) of each Fellowship.
Three-year Postdoctoral (early stage) Fellowships aimed at candidates who received a Doctorate Degree within the past eight years without demonstrated experience in industrial research.
Potential applicants are expected to submit proposals in collaboration with at least one Researcher of NCSR “Demokritos”, addressing issues that are specific to the interests of the participating companies. Final results will be posted at the NCSR “Demokritos” web site.
